Bake with Lucie - June
This month, Hampshire WI supporter Lucie Wilson is making use of greenhouse-grown red peppers in a lovely, summery pasta dish. We also have two more recipes from the WI that just sing of summer - Strawberry Icecream and Beetroot Falafel.
Lucie says, "My first recipe is my creamy roasted red pepper and parmesan linguine. Oh my this is so yummy and perfect for those long summer evenings. It only takes around 15 minutes to make so it is great if you don’t want to spend too long in the kitchen."
