Dechrau ar raddfa fechan a chadw pethau’n syml

Os nad ydych chi wedi rhoi cynnig ar dyfu eich ffrwythau a’ch llysiau eich hun o’r blaen ac os nad oes gennych chi unrhyw syniad pa flodau sy’n denu gwenyn a glöynnod byw i’ch gardd, peidiwch â phoeni, rydyn ni yma i helpu. Mae llawer ohonom ni wedi arfer tocio cloddiau, chwynnu gwelyau a thorri glaswellt i gadw gerddi yn daclus. Gall newidiadau bach greu gofod i fyd natur dyfu ychydig yn wylltach.

Beth am adael darn bach o laswellt i dyfu'n dal i weld pa flodau gwyllt sy'n dod i’r golwg neu rhowch bot blodau ar y patio ar gyfer tyfu mefus, fel eu bod o fewn cyrraedd hwylus i'w dyfrio a'u casglu pan fyddant yn aeddfed. Mae cymaint o wybodaeth am arddio ar gael, fel bod hynny’n gallu bod yn llethol, felly byddwn yn ceisio cadw pethau'n syml i'ch rhoi chi ar ben ffordd.
 

Dim gardd?

Peidiwch â digalonni os nad oes gennych chi ardd. Allech chi fanteisio ar silff ffenest a phlannu bocs ffenest efallai? Neu’n well fyth, os oes gennych chi falconi, ewch ati i ddechrau creu gardd o gynwysyddion heddiw! Mae llawer o bobl allan yna i’ch ysbrydoli chi sy’n gwneud hyn!   

Hefyd mae digonedd o gymunedau gwych allan yna, yn cysylltu i dyfu bwyd a helpu byd natur ar yr un pryd. Beth am gael golwg i weld a oes un yn agos atoch chi? Neu fe allech chi roi cynnig ar sefydlu un eich hun hyd yn oed! Gall Incredible Edible a Natur Drws Nesaf yr Ymddiriedolaethau Natur ddarparu cefnogaeth a chyngor i’ch helpu chi i ddechrau arni.
