What do bees eat?

A floral feast

We all know bees love to visit flowers. They buzz from bloom to bloom, harvesting nectar and pollen - both to feed on themselves, and to provide to their young. Roll out the welcome mat to your bee buddies by packing in as many pollen- and nectar-rich plants as possible. Some bees stir early in spring, whilst others are still flying in autumn or even winter, so try to grow a garden that has something to offer at any time of year.Â
